Personal Assistant to the CEO

  The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring the CEO's schedule, communications, and day-to-day activities are managed efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule.
  • Screen and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with departments to gather information and prepare reports.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar executive support role.
  • Perfect written English
  • Highly creative and autonomous
  • Experience supporting senior executives or C-level leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience working in a fast-paced tech or high-growth company.
  • Experience using CRM systems and collaboration platforms.
  • knowledge and interest in fintech
  • Flexible to work outside regular business hours when required.
