HR and Admin. Manager

Responsibilities 

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives

Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Manage employee performance management, training, and development programs

Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and employee records

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Prepare HR reports, metrics, and workforce planning recommendations for management.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, including at least 5 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and administrative operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems

Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation

Nice to Have

Master's degree or MBA

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, PHR, or SPHR)

Experience with HRIS, ERP, or Odoo systems

Strong project management skills

Knowledge of ISO standards or compliance frameworks

Ability to speak multiple languages.
