Junior Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, oversee implementation projects, and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery, high customer satisfaction, and long-term business partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Gather and document client business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT) and project go-live.

Must Have

  • Bachelor Degree or Higher,  3+ years of experience in account management, ERP consulting, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Sales, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or Procurement.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Nice to have

  • Certification or implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with CRM and customer success management.
  • Experience working in an ERP implementation partner or technology company.
