Responsibilities
- Provide first-level functional support to users by responding to and resolving user inquiries
- Assist users with system navigation, workflows, and best practices
- Support data migration, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives
- Train end users on Odoo modules and new functionalities
- Collaborate with technical developers to communicate functional requirements and validate solutions
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in ERP support, business systems, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Odoo
- Basic knowledge of business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, or HR
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Familiarity with project management or help desk tools
- Understanding of accounting and business operations
- Experience creating user documentation and training materials
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
